Tuesday, 20 September u.s. an agreement of significant importance was reached between the company Italpack Cartons Srl, located in the industrial area Calaggio – Lacedonia, and all the trade unions as well as the RSU aimed at obtaining a relaunch of the company’s production activity and avoiding a possible recourse to an employment redundancy.
All public institutions contributed greatly to the conclusion of this agreement, especially the Campania Region – production activities department.
The company, therefore, believes that having reached this important agreement with all employees, while bearing in mind the issues of rising energy costs, inflation, and some general economic instability; it is possible to carry out a strong corporate relaunch by increasing productivity and putting in place all possible tools to control the increase in energy supply.
It is also possible to acquire new customers, especially in the local and national markets.
